| Application methods: | 30% microemulsion as example: LD-5600 200kg LD-5000S 100kg HAc (50%) 20kg Deionized water 680kg Procedures: put emulsifier to the reactor, add LD-5600, stirring for 20-30 minutes, followed by add 6kg HAc, stirring for 10minutes, add 300kg water, continuously stirring for 40minutes, add the remainder HAc and water, stirring for 10 minutes, after the foam disappears, solution is transparent slightly blue light, adjusting pH value to 6-6.5 then filter. |
